Dr. Teresa Woodard is professor of mathematics at Southwest Virginia College; Dr. Sexton Burkett is a retired associate professor emeritus from Virginia Tech and presently an adjunct professor of mathematics at Southwest Virginia Community College.
Abstract
The authors present follow-up data to their 2003 comparison of student success in developmental math courses offered for three credits versus five credits.
